We are seeking an experienced Grounds Supervisor to join our team at Cambrai Village in Merriwa. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and presentation of the estate grounds, while providing guidance and direction to the Grounds team.

About the Role
* Oversee the maintenance of lawns, gardens, parklands and common areas across the estate
* Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and training to Grounds staff
* Develop and implement maintenance programs and improvement projects
* Ensure infrastructure (paths, fencing, roads and grounds) are maintained to a high standard
* Coordinate maintenance of plant, equipment and reticulation systems
* Manage grounds maintenance requests and liaise with residents and stakeholders professionally
* Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with WHS standards
* Support budgeting, contractor coordination and estate improvement initiatives
About the Estate
RAAFA's Cambrai Village is comprised of over 273 Retirement Living units and a co-located Residential Care Facility. With beautiful landscaped gardens, a thriving social calendar including activities and events throughout the year, Cambrai Village is a hive of activity where no day is ever the same!
About you
* Demonstrated experience in grounds or greens maintenance, ideally in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with reticulation systems and grounds equipment maintenance
* Ability to manage workloads, priorities and team performance
* A passion for delivering high-quality service and contributing positively to a community environment
* Current Manual C-Class Driver's Licence
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
