ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a national engineering consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Australia. Known for their collaborative approach, technical excellence, and impressive industry footprint, this consultancy is continuing to expand its Adelaide-based team. As part of this growth, they are seeking experienced Intermediate and Senior Electrical Engineers to join their building services division. Delivering projects across several major sectors, this organisation can offer exposure across projects within defence, health, education, aged care, retail, and commercial.
The Role
With a strong pipeline of secured work, your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver high-quality electrical designs and documentation across a range of building services projects
* Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of complex electrical systems, depending on project scope and experience
* Coordinate with clients, architects, and other consultants to achieve integrated and practical project outcomes
* Take ownership of design functions including calculations, reports, and submissions
* Collaborate within a national network of engineers to share knowledge and refine technical expertise
* Support the delivery phase by attending meetings, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical queries
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility for client management and team leadership
The Like Mind
You are an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. You have a strong track record in delivering high-quality design solutions and strong knowledge of relevant software, including Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset will enable you to succeed in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
