Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Designing and delivering patient-focused content and brand assets aligned with the clinic's medical and marketing objectives. Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to design and create engaging visual and written content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive brand message. Requirements: Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Social Media Expertise: Experience managing social media accounts with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO. Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for design and branding. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and analytics to improve marketing efforts. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Minimum: 3 years of full-time work experience at the required skill level. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, or other CMS and email marketing tools. Passion for staying up to date with the latest design, marketing, and social media trends.
