About The Role
As the Micro Space Planner you will translate category strategies into high‐performing layouts that drive strong commercial outcomes and create a seamless discovery experience for customers.
Reporting to the Merchandise Optimisation Specialist, you will partner with category teams to build planograms that deliver against strategic priorities, key initiatives, and range and space metrics.
* Design & Develop: Architect store‐specific, data‐led planograms using industry‐standard tools, ensuring every SKU is positioned to optimise sales density and stock turn, inline with review timelines.
* Evidence‐Based Decisions: Leverage range and space tools to validate decisions, ensuring all layouts are underpinned by strong commercial logic and customer behaviour insights. Produce and analyse reports to support recommendations for category reviews.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly Range & Space and Commercial teams, to support all aspects of planogram creation and implementation.
