Food and Beverage Attendant - Federal Hotel
The Federal Hotel is seeking energetic and reliable Food and Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team! We are looking for motivated individuals (18+) who take pride in delivering great service and can handle the buzz of a busy local venue.
To be successful, you must hold a current RSA and demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude. We require candidates with excellent availability to work a flexible roster covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays. In a Day
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‐high and the experience is one to remember.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
* You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
