This Senior Manager or Director opportunity is within a high-performing Private Clients practice, advising a sophisticated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and privately owned businesses. The person I am looking for will most likely be a Manager from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to step up to a Senior Manager role, or a current Senior Manager from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to step up to a Director position, or an existing Director within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to be part of a high performing team and a more collaborative team culture. In this Senior Manager or Director position, you will: Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth and privately owned clients Deliver complex tax advisory, structuring, and wealth preservation solutions Oversee both business advisory compliance and high-level strategic advisory engagements Play a key role in driving practice growth and client relationship development Mentor and develop a team of senior and emerging professionals Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions About You
You will bring: Significant experience in private clients / UHNW tax advisory within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment Strong technical expertise in complex tax and business structuring matters Proven leadership experience managing teams and client portfolios A commercial mindset with strong relationship management skills What’s on Offer
