Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You provide an exceptional in-store customer journey, and by collaborating you empower customers by identifying the products and services that meet their needs and transform their telecommunications experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences: help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Be the go‐to tech expert: stay up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using consultative selling skills.
* Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
* Solution‐oriented approach and the ability to think on your feet.
* Sales drive: motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Passion for learning, curiosity, and the desire to grow and develop skills.
* Resilience and positivity: a can‐do attitude even when things get busy.
* Customer‐facing experience is a plus but not required.
Salary & Benefits
* Annual fixed remuneration: $64,915.20 per year (junior rates apply for those under 20).
* Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, 150% for public holidays.
