As a trusted advisor, you will guide recruitment for executive level roles, across Avanade Global. Working in partnership with the Executive TA Lead and Executive Sourcing Team, you'll be responsible to counsel on the executive recruitment strategy, globally as well as providing hands-on, end-to-end recruitment management.
In addition, you will ensure the delivery of a cutting-edge selection and assessment methodology both for our internal and external talent pipelines, including partnering with external agency partners.
**In this role, you will**:
- Provide hands-on, end-to-end recruitment for executive level roles
- Develop processes and capabilities to achieve best in class recruitment for Avanade Executives
- Work in partnership with the Global Executive Sourcing Lead and Regional and Area TA Leads
- Improve tracking and reporting for Executive Talent Acquisition and adhere to KPIs
- Champion a data driven, growth mindset, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive talent and business outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Experience owning recruitment process at the executive level
- Deep knowledge of recruiting practices and methods, including interviewing and assessment
- Storytelling expertise, communicating the Avanade EVP
- Proven track record at influencing at the most senior levels
- Exceptional offer negotiation skills
- Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process and ensure
- Experience leading diversity hiring initiatives
