What you'll do
* Own accountability for business readiness, adoption and change success across enterprise transformation initiatives
* Lead end to end change, communication and capability approaches aligned to operational realities
* Define readiness and adoption criteria and assess whether leaders, teams and sites are ready for change
* Identify, escalated and actively mitigate readiness, capability and adoption risks
* Translate complex system and process changes into clear, practical and decision ready communications
* Enable People & Culture Business Partners to confidently lead local change and implementation
* Lead go live and post go live people and adoption activities, driving reinforcement where required
What you'll bring
* Proven experience leading enterprise change, communication and capability initiatives
* Demonstrated accountability for driving readiness and adoption outcomes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with operational leaders and P&C partners
* Ability to translate complex change into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
* Strong judgement, organisation skills and delivery focus
* Experience with large scale system or process implementations (desirable)
* Exposure to HR systems, payroll or workforce processes (desirable)
