About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead large-scale property development projects across Adelaide. This is a strategic role, overseeing the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility through to delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project delivery for major developments.
Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and risk analysis.
Manage planning approvals and liaise with councils and regulatory bodies.
Lead consultant teams (architects, engineers, planners) and negotiate contracts.
Oversee budgets, cash flow, and project timelines.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and community groups.
About You
10+ years' experience in property development, ideally in residential or mixed-use projects.
Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Degree in Property, Finance, Urban Planning or Engineering.
