About the role
You will be part of a 3‐person management team in this pivotal role. You will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within our busy restaurant.
What you'll be doing
* Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgets
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
* Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Liaise with the Head Chef to plan menus, monitor food quality, and control costs
* Analyse performance data and generate reports to inform decision‐making
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
* Strong operational skills, with a proven track record of driving financial results and improving efficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
* Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
* Thorough understanding of food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant regulations
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
