Key Responsibilities

* Revenue Management
* Implement and optimize all revenue management processes.
* Develop and execute effective revenue management and distribution support.
* Monitor and analyze overall revenue performance.

Strategy and Analysis

* Collaborate with various teams to develop a comprehensive revenue management strategy.
* Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative revenue solutions.
* Engage with stakeholders to analyze performance and optimize demand, pricing, and channel distribution.

Sales and Marketing

* Assist in distribution marketing and operations programs.
* Create and implement revenue strategies and online sales rate strategies.
* Update and maintain serviced apartment/hotel content on all contracted channels.

Project Management

* Supervise the system integration of new serviced apartments/hotels.
* Set up new properties on OTAs, including room types, rate categories, and availability.
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues with online distribution channels.

Documentation and Training

* Create and maintain revenue management and distribution documentation.
* Provide training and support to property growth initiatives.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Revenue and Distribution Manager in a serviced apartment/hotel environment (4-5 star properties preferred).
* Strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of the hotel industry.
* Experience with distribution systems, central reservation systems, and content systems.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Skills

* Technical: Proficiency with channel managers, RMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Personal: Strong presentation skills, creativity, and a dynamic personality. Ability to work independently and within a small team.
