About the Role
Sales Support is responsible for providing high‐quality support to our customers by providing accurate product information and ensuring positive customer experiences. This role requires great communication skills, a customer‐centric attitude, and the ability to actively listen to the unique needs of each customer.
* Ensure accurate information about products, services, and company policies is provided to customer inquiries across multiple channels e.g. phone, email, live chat.
* Book product demos with our Robot Solutions Specialist, providing detailed customer notes to promote a seamless customer experience.
* Turn product inquiries into demos and sales, we want to make sure we provide our customers with the right robot to meet their unique needs.
* Offer exceptional proactive support to new customers, ensuring they are supported with the setup of their new robot and understand the ongoing maintenance requirements.
About You
You genuinely enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You do not need to know our products inside out, as we will provide full training. What matters most is your confidence, curiosity, and ability to problem‐solve.
