About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and guest‐focused Guest Relations Attendant to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure. The Anchorage offers a range of luxurious accommodation options, including spacious guest rooms, mezzanine‐style loft suites, and an exclusive private villa.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional customer service at all times
* Welcome guests on arrival and serve sparkling wine
* Manage guest accounts and assist with guest enquiries
* Process financial transactions accurately
* Handle reservations, enquiries, and bookings
* Complete guest check‐in and check‐out procedures
* Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally
* Provide recommendations on local attractions and activities
* Promote and upsell hotel services and facilities
Working Hours
Our Front Desk operates 24 hours a day with shifts rostered between 6:30 am and 10:30 pm across a 7‐day rotating schedule. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
Requirements
* Current RSA certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Professional presentation and customer‐focused attitude
Recruitment Process

About You
You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive on creating memorable guest experiences. You bring a professional and positive attitude, work well in a fast‐paced environment, and enjoy going above and beyond for guests. Previous experience in guest relations or within the hotel and hospitality industry is highly regarded, though not essential.
