Through our state-wide footprint of crisis support, training and retail services, and the compassionate offer of support, we can save lives.We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Lifeline Retail team in the Ipswich region. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office systems and retail support functions across the network.Your part in our Lifeline teamAlong with your passion for your local community, you will:Coordinate day-to-day office and administrative functions across Lifeline RetailManage calendars, meetings, agendas and prepare documentation for management forumsMaintain office systems, records, filing and correspondence in line with organisational standardsProvide high-level administrative support including reporting, document preparation and data collationSupport onboarding processes and coordinate access requests for new startersProcess invoices, purchase orders and routine financial transactionsMaintain accurate data across financial, workforce and operational systemsUndertake reconciliations, data validation and quality checks to ensure complianceLiaise with store teams and internal stakeholders to support effective communication and operationsIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflowsWhat makes a difference for us?Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative, clerical or office coordination roleStrong knowledge of office administration, records management and business support systemsExperience processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate recordsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasksHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentialityWell-developed communication skills and strong customer service focusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamExperience working within a retail or similar environment (desirable)What makes a difference for you?Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceNFP Salary Packaging: Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
