Lead Accounting Professional Opportunity

* Deliver end-to-end tax compliance and strategic advisory services for diverse clients, including companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
* Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and IAS.
* Partner with directors on complex structuring, planning, and business growth projects.
* Mentor junior staff and play a key role in shaping the team's future capability.
Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services.
* Provide clear, commercially focused tax planning, structuring, and business growth advice.
* Oversee workflow management, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Review and sign off on financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory lodgements.
* Partner with directors on strategic engagements, client development, and firm-wide initiatives.
* Play a key role in growing the advisory division by mentoring staff, supporting new hires, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
* CA/CPA completed or near completion.
* Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity structures.
* Experience with Xero and other accounting/tax software.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and collaborative approach.
