Project Manager ERP Implementation
Bindaree Food Group, Gold Coast City. Salary AUD 80,000 - 110,000.
You will lead the transition to a new finance ERP system that supports how Bindaree plans, manages spend, and reports, enabling more effective ways of working and better decision‐making. This role focuses on guiding people through the change, translating complex requirements into clear plans, communication, training, and practical support.

Your next 12 months at a glance:
* Lead the mid‐market finance ERP project from design to go‐live and stabilisation, staying agile as priorities shift.
* Coordinate with finance and procurement to map current processes and future needs.
* Own project plans, milestones, budgets, resourcing and timelines.
* Liase and align with vendors on project timelines, deliverables, risks and issues.
* Establish governance and reporting so leaders see progress and key risks.
* Coordinate data migration, testing, cutover and go‐live around finance cycles.
* Provide transformation leadership, guiding leaders and teams through consultation, communication, training and ongoing support so the change is embedded exceptionally well.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven track record delivering finance‐led ERP implementations or system changeovers.
* Strong project management skills across planning, governance, risk, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Deep understanding of core finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting and reporting.
* Hands‐on change management capability, including consultation, communication, training and user support.
* Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.
* Collaborative, agile working style with the confidence to bring your own voice and ideas to the table.
