Your role
Responsibilities
* Providing Level 2 specialist technical support and advice for all NHP products to the Sales team and external customers.
* Maintaining technical resources and literature to support NHP sales staff and customers.
* Building relationships with key technical advisors working for Supply Line Partners.
About you
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Mechatronics & Biomedical considered).
* Knowledge of Power Distribution & Industrial Products.
* Passion for technology career development and a willingness to learn.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiasm, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
* A high degree of computer literacy.
