We are a family owned refrigerated transport company operating across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria, specialising in temperature-controlled freight, multiple drop deliveries, and container cartage operations. We are seeking an experienced and reliable HC Licensed Driver for an immediate start.
Key Requirements
* Current HC Driver Licence
* MSIC (Marine Security Identification Card) preferred but not compulsory
* Ability to operate HR trucks with manual synchromesh gearbox
* Experience using NHVR work diary/logbook or Hubfleet electronic work diary system
* Experience using We-Capture for electronic Proof of Delivery (POD)
* Ability to use Connecteam for clock in/clock out functions
* Good driving history and strong commitment to safety
* Flexible availability with varying start times between 4:00am and 9:00am
* Willingness to work overtime as required
* Availability for Saturday morning work when needed
* Experience in refrigerated transport highly regarded
* Ability to complete multiple drop deliveries
* Willingness to perform some hand unload work when operating HR trucks
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
* Must have own reliable transport (car) to get to and from depot
Duties Include
* Safe and efficient refrigerated transport deliveries
* Multiple daily drop-offs to customers and distribution points
* Some hand unloading duties when operating HR trucks
* Vehicle inspections and daily maintenance checks
* Monitoring and maintaining temperature-controlled freight requirements
* Accurate completion of delivery documentation, PODs, and fatigue records
* Compliance with NHVR fatigue management and road safety requirements
* Using electronic systems including Hubfleet, We-Capture, and Connecteam
* Maintaining professional presentation and customer service standards
