**Job Title:** Aged Care Travel Nurse
Location: Various regions in Perth
Work Type: Casual, flexible role with travel opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our team as an Aged Care Travel Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and facilitating Telehealth consults with GPs, Geriatricians, and Physicians.
About the Role:
1. Coordinate and support Telehealth rounds in aged care facilities across multiple regions
2. Liaise with GPs, Specialists, and on-site nursing staff to deliver seamless care
3. Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using smart technology (tablet/laptop provided)
4. Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents
5. Support the ongoing growth of our service model through collaboration and communication
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years experience in aged care, leadership or clinical coordination highly regarded
* Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
