Trade Counter Assistant – Plumbing Enoggera (TH)
A leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, with over 10,000 people in 900+ branches worldwide. This role is based at our Enoggera branch as part of a high‐performing training hub.
About the role
As a branch staff team member you will partner with branch leaders and colleagues to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. You will support the branch's day‐to‐day operations and develop expertise to move within the region.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and information about products.
* Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
* Undertake pick‐packing and stock‐control activities.
* Keep the branch tidy and safe.
* Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
* Continue up‐skilling with tailored on‐the‐job training initiatives.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
* Can pick orders, maintain shop‐floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
* Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems.
* Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends.
* Wants to develop a career locally or within the broader network.
