About the Role

You'll lead with a balance of analytics and people skills, ensuring your team not only hits targets but understands the "why" behind them. You'll thrive on statistics, KPIs, and processes, and you'll use these tools to build a culture of trust, motivation, and performance.
Your role will be about unlocking potential:
* Breaking down numbers to set clear, achievable, and inspiring targets over 2 brands.
* Driving performance by coaching individuals and managing fairly.
* Focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
* Removing roadblocks and streamlining processes so your team can focus on selling.
* Exploring new markets and representing the company at industry events.
* Aligning the sales strategy with the company vision to fuel long-term growth.
* Identify and action tender opportunities.

* Proven experience in growing and managing a sales team.
