TP Human Capital is seeking an Operations Administrator / Scheduler or Office Manager / Scheduler for our client based in Townsville.
In this key role, you'll coordinate daily operations and installation schedules, acting as the link between customers, technicians, suppliers, and management.
The position covers everything from bookings and communication to stock tracking and general administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and allocate daily installation jobs for solar and battery systems.
Coordinate trades, installers, and subcontractors to optimise schedules.
Maintain and update calendars, job management platforms, and workflow trackers.
Monitor daily progress and adjust scheduling to meet changing priorities.
Confirm appointments, issue reminders, and keep clients informed on job progress.
Support warranty or service requests when required, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with purchasing and material orders for scheduled jobs.
Liaise with suppliers on stock levels, delivery timelines, and order status.
Handle general office administration, including data entry, document control, and invoicing.
About You
Proven background in administration, scheduling, or customer coordination, ideally within solar, trades, or construction industries.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital job or CRM systems (training provided).
Proactive problem solver who thrives on maintaining structure and efficiency in a busy operational environment.
