Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Permanent position | Full time position
Brave Bodies is a dynamic, practitioner-led paediatric practice on an exciting growth trajectory. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team, taking on a vital senior role within our OT service. This role offers autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to contribute to clinical quality and service development while supporting a growing team in the South West region of Western Australia.
The opportunity involves mobile therapy across the Busselton, Bunbury, Dunsborough, and Margaret River region, delivering therapy in natural environments such as home, school, and community settings. The practice plans to open a brand-new, purpose-built clinic in Busselton within the next 6–12 months.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and therapy for a varied paediatric caseload, including areas such as complex developmental needs, sensory processing, or early intervention.
* Lead service development and quality improvement within the Occupational Therapy team, helping to shape and implement OT programs for new clinics.
* Provide clinical support and mentoring opportunities for junior staff and students as the team grows.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, family-centred empowerment, and a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist with paediatric caseload management.
* Leadership and mentoring experience, with ability to support junior staff and students.
* Ability to contribute to service development and work across home, school, and community settings.
