About the Role
You will be joining the highly regarded Perth Mechanical team, with role will predominantly be focused on the delivery of multiple sectors including Data Centers, Commercial Office, Hotel & Residential, Retail and Laboratory projects
As part of a skilled, technical team you can expect to be exposed to various projects, from smaller investigations to large-scale refurbishment projects. With an emphasis on design excellence, we offer continued development and career growth opportunities.
You will be joining a team of forward-thinking professionals coming from a range of diverse backgrounds and will have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential and talented leaders in the industry
About You
* Over 3 years of professional building services engineering experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle. This includes initial feasibilities, concept design, detailed design, construction, and project handover.
* Strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS, and controls, especially in high-rise commercial office systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including written reports
* A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
* Experience with other disciplines (electrical, fire, hydraulics) is a plus.
