A Strategic National Account Manager is required to lead the sales team in driving commercial growth and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Coles' objectives and be able to develop productive relationships with buyers across multiple grocery categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage sales strategy, promotional planning and trade spend
* Lead all range review processes by collaborating with the Head of Grocery, Customer and Commercial Marketing, Category and Finance teams
* Deliver on KPI's, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metrics
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in marketing, business or equally relevant field
* Minimum 4 years as a customer facing, end to end National Account Manager, managing either Coles or Woolworths is essential
