About the Role
Reporting to the HR and Recruitment Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced recruitment environment and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will manage existing accounts while also having the autonomy and support to grow your own desk and develop new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who understands the WA market, knows blue‐collar recruitment inside and out, and is equally confident recruiting white‐collar roles when required. You will hit the ground running, proactively sourcing quality candidates, managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes, and providing exceptional service to clients across mining and local sectors. You will be joining a fun, supportive and hardworking team that values collaboration, honesty and strong client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a busy recruitment desk
* Building strong relationships with existing and new clients
* Sourcing, screening and placing high‐quality candidates
* Recruiting across mining, construction, transport, fabrication and local industry roles
* Managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes
* Conducting interviews, reference checks and onboarding
* Using recruitment platforms including JobAdder
* Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions
* Strong knowledge of the WA mining and local industrial sectors
* Experience recruiting blue‐collar roles (white‐collar experience highly regarded)
* Ability to build and maintain long‐term client relationships
* Motivated, driven and results‐focused attitude
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience using JobAdder is highly desirable
* Current WA Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a LAB Drug & Alcohol screen
* Construction White Card desirable
* Perth‐based applicants only
