What You'll Do
Scheduling Officers record and maintain accurate staff details including attendance, shifts worked, overtime and leave taken. They provide administration support to ensure the Corrective Services NSW workforce is managed and deployed effectively, key stakeholders are informed, and local operational and business requirements are met through timely and accurate scheduling of rosters and administrative support.
What We're Looking For
Operations Scheduling Unit (OSU) seeks enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join the team. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, utilising experience and knowledge to meet demands efficiently and effectively. A can‐do attitude, confidence and technical skills will help candidates stand out.
Work Schedule
You will be required to work 19 days within a 28‐day schedule period, with 8 days off and 1 rostered day off (RDO). You must be prepared to work weekends, public holidays, nights and afternoons as required.
Essential Requirements
* Current and valid driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW
* Working weekends, public holidays, and shift work as required
