As an Officer, Research Systems Support, you will:
1. Offer first-point resolution for research system issues, ensuring all interactions are effectively tracked and documented to maintain seamless operations.
2. Address service requests and incidents promptly, adhering to service level agreements and performance targets; escalate complex queries as necessary.
3. Manage and administer user access across multiple research systems, ensuring appropriate permissions and security protocols are upheld.
4. Conduct daily reviews of data feeders, rectify errors, and communicate potential enhancements to improve data quality; run health checks and notify stakeholders of issues to ensure data integrity.
5. Update and maintain training materials and knowledge articles, providing clear guidance on system management, policies, and procedures to support self-service data requests.
To be successful, you'll have:
1. Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
2. Associate Diploma and at least two years of relevant work experience; or
3. Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
4. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
5. Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
6. Experience operating in a high-pressure, diverse environment, involving face-to-face, phone, and written issue resolution.
