SENIOR TRAINER (DIGITAL)
We're looking for a Senior Trainer Digital to join our team, focusing on two key areas:
1. Quality Control: Batch checking digitised files to ensure they're uploaded perfectly for our clients.
2. Training & Support: Providing 1:1 training sessions for NDIS participants, upskilling them with job readiness skills and preparing them for open employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Train and support NDIS participants trainees
* Contribute to quality improvement
* Mentor other trainers
* Administration and reporting tasks
Requirements:
* 2+ years' office based or disability work experience
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to sustain concentration
* Working knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
* Passion for working with people with disability
