Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
* Train and monitor front desk staff, providing guidance on guest service standards and procedures.
* Respond to guest enquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of reservations and financial transactions.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Manage room allocations, rates, and availability.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
About You
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hotel front office is essential.
* Knowledge of RMS Property Management system (desirable).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
