Our commitment to our employees & clients is at the heart of everything we do.## **About the role:**## **Top Role Accountabilities:*** Act as a point of contact for business units, providing guidance to enhance governance frameworks, systems, controls, monitoring activities & policy implementations.* Assess adherence to legislative requirements, internal & external policies, & standards to promote compliance awareness & accountability* Monitor & report on the level of compliance with requirements of laws, regulations & industry standards* Conduct second-line testing of compliance controls across non-financial crime risk portfolios, delivering clear insight & recommending targeted enhancements.* Support thematic reviews across assigned portfolios, assessing regulatory adherence & identifying key risk insights* Assess and manage incidents & breaches, including analysis, reporting & tracking remediation actions to closure* Provide input & guidance to Group Policies & standards as well as undertaking gap analysis with the business when updates to new policies & standards are issued* Support product risk assessments, investigations & breach assessments* Ensure timely reporting & insights from compliance monitoring activities## **To be successful you will have:*** 5+ years' experience in Compliance, &/or Risk Management within financial services* Strong knowledge of risk & control practices & Australian regulatory landscape & its business impacts* An understanding of compliance taxonomy & product compliance* The ability to conceptualise, interpret & communicate clearly on its impact on the business & financial products* Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust & establish strong relationships* Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills## **What we're proud to offer you:****Rabo@Anywhere**is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank & for Australia, that means we have a blend of time working between the office & home**Wellbeing leave.** These leave days support greater work/life balance & is just another way we are helping our employees to lead happier, healthier, & more fulfilling lives**Education Assistance Program.** Rabobank values the development of its people & has a great Education Assistance Program to assist with professional development**Parental Leave**that supports you & your family while giving you the freedom & flexibility to enjoy this special time (up-to 14 weeks paid leave)**Bonus and Additional Leave**.
