Modular Building Leader Support Role
This is a collaborative position that requires an assistant to support daily operations, handle tenancy administration, conduct inspections and manage stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily operations in a modular building setting
* Assist with tenancy administration, including lease agreements and rent collection
* Conduct regular inspections of the building and its facilities
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including tenants and management
Requirements:
* At least 12 months' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
