Core Talent is partnering with a highly regarded design consultancy to recruit a talented Landscape Architect to join their growing Gold Coast studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven professional with 3–6 years' experience who is eager to contribute to meaningful projects while developing their technical and design expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working alongside experienced designers, planners and technical specialists, you'll play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across Southeast Queensland, from concept design through to construction documentation.
About the Role
As a Landscape Architect, you will contribute to the design and delivery of projects that shape communities and create lasting impact. You'll be part of a highly creative team that values innovation, collaboration and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with design development and project documentation across a range of landscape projects.
* Producing presentation materials, plans and construction documentation.
* Creating high-quality graphic renders and visual presentations.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and stakeholders.
* Supporting the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
* Participating in design reviews and professional development initiatives.
* Learning from experienced industry professionals while working on career-defining projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A qualification in Landscape Architecture.
* Approximately 3–6 years of industry experience.
* Strong design, graphic communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and/or CAD software.
* Knowledge of Southeast Queensland landscapes, planting and environmental conditions.
* A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for design excellence.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Full Australian working rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident or unrestricted full-time work visa).
