The Technical Support Analyst’s role is to manage and maintain delivery systems and provide operational support to Project Practitioners through a best practice support model. This includes developing and maintaining knowledge resources as well as providing responses to process queries through the Service Desk. Key Responsibilities include: Systems management: Complete system administration processes to maintain system performance, health and user access including supporting vendor and partner engagement. Project Practitioner Support: Identify trends and opportunities to educate and enable self-serve Practitioner capability. Knowledge and Tools Management: Support integration of standards and methods developed outside of the GTO. What do I need? Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and sound decision-making, working effectively both independently and in a team. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas, with proven experience in data management and analysis. Engineering or Computer Science background, capable of supporting environments with multiple concurrent priorities. Desirable: Clarity Planview SharePoint configuration (Including Power Apps and Workflow) Confluence JIRA SQL or NSQL, HTML, XML and JSON are all advantageous Why join us?
