Rotational Clinical Pharmacist – Ipswich
We are seeking a dynamic pharmacist to join our multi-disciplinary team at ESNEFT, Ipswich Hospital. As a rotational clinical pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work across various specialties and participate in audits of prescribing practice and drug usage.
Our clinical team is extensive, with ward-based pharmacy teams working across a broad range of specialties. You will rotate between areas and work closely with senior colleagues and pharmacy technicians to provide a safe and efficient service to patients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Daily ward visits and patient counseling
* Incident reporting and out-of-hours support
* Participation in the Structured Training and Education Programme (STEP)
As part of your ongoing development, you will take part in the STEP programme and may study for a postgraduate clinical diploma and a non-medical prescribing qualification.
