ABS Business Sales is looking for a commercially minded Business Development & Digital Growth Manager to help generate, nurture and convert high-quality seller leads.
This is not a traditional cold-calling BDM role.
We are looking for a hybrid growth operator who understands digital lead generation, online authority building, business owner engagement and relationship-driven pipeline development.
You will help ABS Business Sales identify and engage business owners before they are actively ready to sell, then support our brokers with warm seller leads, nurture campaigns and stronger listing opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
* Generating qualified seller leads through digital channels
* Building LinkedIn outreach and organic growth campaigns
* Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage business owners
* Creating and distributing business sale-focused content
* Managing Meta Ads, Google Search Ads and retargeting campaigns
* Building lead magnets, landing pages and email nurture campaigns
* Growing Hugo Martin's LinkedIn presence and personal brand authority
* Repurposing articles, market commentary and broker insights into short‐form content
* Promoting sold business success stories and market updates
* Supporting brokers with lead nurturing and pipeline development
* Managing CRM follow‐up sequences and automation
* Tracking campaign performance, lead quality and ROI
* Improving the quality of seller and listing enquiries
You are commercially sharp, digitally capable and confident communicating with business owners.
You are not just a social media manager or content creator. You understand that marketing activity needs to turn into qualified conversations, appointments and pipeline opportunities.
You will likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Digital lead generation
* LinkedIn growth and outreach
* Paid advertising
* Professional services marketing
* Business coaching or consulting
* Hospitality, SME or business‐owner‐focused marketing
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
* LinkedIn organic growth
* Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram
* Google Search Ads
* Retargeting campaigns
* Strong copywriting
* Personal brand development
* Analytics and reporting
* Appointment setting
Experience or understanding in any of the following will be a strong advantage:
* Business sales
* M&A
* Professional services
* Commercial property
* Hospitality groups
* SME owners and family businesses
In this role, success means creating a reliable flow of warm, qualified seller leads for the ABS Business Sales broker team.
You will help build trust with business owners before they are ready to sell, position ABS Business Sales as a credible authority in the market and turn digital activity into real commercial opportunities.
* $60,000 salary + incentives and commission
