The Role of Food & Beverage Attendant
* Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests in a warm and professional manner
* Ensure prompt, accurate, and attentive delivery of food and beverage offerings
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and specials
* Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service
* Contribute to a positive, energetic and high performing team environment
Setting you up for Success
* 6-12 months experience in Restaurant, Breakfast or Event service
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
* Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Five‐Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
