You will play a key role in:
* Leading and mentoring a growing mechanical services team
* Managing project delivery across a diverse portfolio of building projects
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and strategic growth initiatives
* Contributing to the long-term leadership and direction of the business
* Working closely with the Directors as part of succession planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
* 15–20+ years' experience within mechanical building services consulting
* Demonstrated experience leading and managing engineering teams
* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute strategically to a business
* A collaborative leadership style with strong mentoring capability
* Ambition to grow into a senior leadership and potential ownership position over time
