Europcar WA is a professional and successful business that offers employees a challenging and enjoyable working environment. We are currently looking to grow our Rental Operations team and are seeking a proactive and efficient leader for our Bassendean and Osborne Park branches.
Responsibilities
* Oversee Bassendean and Osborne Park branches to meet current budgets and KPIs.
* Drive rental utilisation, sales, and customer service within these branches.
* Manage health and safety within the branches.
* Train, lead, and manage staff to include rosters.
* Drive continuous improvement within the workplace.
Qualifications
* Experience in vehicle rental will be viewed favorably.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Desire to work in a 'hands on' role.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to promote safety within the workplace.
* Unrestricted manual driver's licence (MR licence preferred).
