We are seeking expressions of interest from an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with a passion for healthcare and wellness.
The role serves as our primary connection point to assisting customers and healthcare professionals. A key aspect of this role is to manage patient and doctor requirements efficiently and effectively with utmost customer service.
General Duties
* Providing administrative assistance to our clinical team
* Customer service and invoicing
* Managing phone enquiries and handling a busy phone line
* Appointment booking and billing
Qualifications
* High organisational skills
* The ability to work in a team and autonomously
* HLTPA0005 - Collect Specimens for Drug of Abuse Training (Desirable)
* Past healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate
* Ability to exercise compassion, discretion, confidentiality, and work as a team member
