About the Role
As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations. Whether you are working in one of our stores or at one of our Customer Fulfilment Centres, your role is crucial to delivering exceptional products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Production: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savoury items according to recipes and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Extensive Baking Experience: Prior experience in a high-speed baking environment is essential, showcasing your adaptability and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
