About the Position
This boutique beachside service located in Dee Why is seeking a passionate Diploma or Cert III Educator to join their warm and supportive team. The centre focuses on creating a joyful and nurturing environment for children, supported by highly supportive owners and a talented director, and committed to delivering 5‐star care.
What You'll Do
* Lead with Love: Support the nursery room by creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
* Play and Learn: Assist in delivering engaging, play‐based learning experiences that encourage curiosity and joy.
* Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local Dee Why community.
* Inspire and Grow: Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a supportive, professional environment.
* Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.
What We Need From You
* Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‐assessed equivalent.
* Experience in an Australian early childhood setting (preferred but not essential for strong Cert III candidates).
* Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for early childhood education and a willingness to learn and grow.
