Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administration professional to coordinate building repair works in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Assist clients in coordinating building repairs, ensuring all projects meet expectations.

Maintain open communication with clients, their customers, and sub-contractors, while managing the allocation of works to approved sub-contractors.


About You

Strong time management skills and attention to detail are essential. Previous office experience is required, and training will be provided on company processes and systems.

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, and maintain a strong work ethic.


Requirements

* Administration experience
* Right to work in Australia
* Customer service experience
* Minimum 1 year's experience in Office Administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
* Notice period for current employment
