Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you will
* Respond promptly to phone, internet, and email inquiries from customers.
* Greet customers upon arrival and assist with check‐in procedures.
* Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to customers.
* Process payments when customers are collecting their vehicles.
* Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the day regarding the progress of their service.
* Liaise effectively with technicians in the workshop, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
What You Bring
* An exceptional track record in providing outstanding customer service.
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
* A 'can do' attitude that thrives in a dynamic work environment.
* Comfortable rapport with a diverse range of personalities.
* A current unrestricted driver's licence.
