HR Business Partner
Location: North-Western Sydney-based with travel to sites
Duration: 3-month temporary role - start ASAP
Hourly rate: $60ph + Super
About the Role
Sydney NFP are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a generalist role with a strong systems and compliance focus. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable with manual processes, and can help drive automation and workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Update systems, compliance, reporting, and legislative requirements
- Oversee fortnightly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy of changes and documentation
- Heavy use of Employment Hero and spreadsheets for reporting and data extraction
- Maintain and update HRIS, awards, and pay adjustments
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure policies and procedures are current and compliant
- Apply the SCHADS Award and adapt to upcoming legislative changes
- Contribute to policy maintenance and backend HR work with a values-based approach
What We're Looking For
- Strong HR generalist experience with a systems and compliance mindset
- Comfortable with manual processes but keen to introduce automation
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award and legislative requirements
- Ability to travel to multiple sites 3-4 days per week
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex reporting
