First impressions count We are recruiting a professional and proactive Saturday Receptionist to support our Mercedes-Benz Sales team. As the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both 'over the phone' and 'in person.'
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, creating an exceptional first impression.
- Respond to and direct all incoming phone calls and sales enquiries.
- Ensure visitors are comfortable with refreshments.
- Maintain an accurate customer database.
- Keep the reception, lounge, and other areas presentable (as needed).
- Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and couriers.
- Provide general support to the administration and management teams.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to uphold the highest standards of presentation.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- The ability to work every Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of additional weekday Reception relief work.
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project a qualified image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments.
- Barista skills would be advantageous but not essential (training will be provided)
