We are seeking a well-experienced Web Administrator who can manage, maintain, and enhance our company's online platforms. You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You must be willing to work in a team environment.
Bilingual ability (English and Korean) is highly regarded to support both English-speaking and Korean-speaking clients.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (plus superannuation)

The Role
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Manage and maintain the company website to ensure it functions smoothly and securely.
* Develop and implement website updates, new features, and enhancements.
* Monitor website performance, update content, and ensure timely backups.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web operations.
* Develop and integrate new payment service functions into the website.
* Provide technical support to staff to ensure effective use of the website.
* Manage CRM and job case databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience and functionality.
* Communicate effectively with both English and Korean-speaking customers.
The Position Requires
* Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year).
* Bachelor qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to manage web development, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, and preferably Korean.
* High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in managing CRM systems or databases is an advantage.
* Must have the right to work in Australia.
* Highly organized and efficient team player.
