Your Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll be based at either our Regency Park or Dudley Park site. You'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day will include:
* Operating a high-reach forklift safely and efficiently.
* Picking and dispatching customer orders using FIFO and WMS systems.
* Managing stock movements and storage of finished goods.
* Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.
* Supporting your team and living our Detmold Way values.
What You'll Bring
* A strong commitment to safety.
* A current High-Risk Forklift License.
* Experience in warehouse operations and high-reach forklift use.
* Familiarity with barcoding and RF scanning.
* Great attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
* Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude.
