About the role:
This apprenticeship is the perfect way to build practical skills and experience in a welcoming team environment. You'll:
Implement engineering strategies, troubleshoot plant and equipment issues, reduce unplanned downtime, and provide technical support during shifts.
Develop and conduct preventative maintenance plans, perform planned maintenance, manage spare parts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Work effectively across teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Safety, Warehouse), ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and actively participate in change management and site improvement strategies.
